At James Street Vets, we want to support you as much as we can, whenever possible. That's why we've partnered with Vidivet to provide you instant peace of mind with access to digital vet support 24/7, even on Bank Holidays.

VidiVet is an app that gives you direct access to a vet no matter what time of day. Think of it as NHS 111 for your pets! You can send photos, videos or text your concerns and a vet will reply with a personalised video response to help guide you with the next steps.

Maybe you aren't sure if your pet needs to go to the emergency vets or if it can wait till the morning? Maybe you have a question around medications? Or maybe you have a question you would like the answer to outside our opening hours?
