Unacceptable Behaviours
The following behaviours will not be tolerated under any circumstances:
- Physical violence or threatening behaviour
- Verbal abuse, including shouting, swearing, or making offensive remarks
- Intimidation or harassment of any kind
- Racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory language or behaviour
- Threatening or abusive communications via telephone, email, social media or in person

Consequences
Any person displaying unacceptable behaviour may be asked to leave the premises immediately. We reserve the right to remove clients from our practice register and refuse further treatment (except in an emergency where an animal's welfare is at immediate risk).
In serious cases, we may report incidents to the police and take further legal action as necessary.
Our Commitment
Our team works hard every day to provide the best possible care for your pets. We ask that you treat them with the same respect and courtesy that they show to you. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please follow our complaints procedure so that we can address your concerns appropriately.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone.
