We cannot always predict when pets fall ill and sometimes, they need treatment outside of our practice hours.
To ensure our patients are covered through the night and at weekends, we transfer our care to a dedicated emergency service, East Lincolnshire Emergency Vets (ELEV), based at 2 Eastfield Road, Louth, LN11 7AN.
By calling our usual telephone number (01507 602828) you will be transferred to the emergency team of vets and nurses. There will be an out of hours call out charge and fees are payable to ELEV.
We will always receive the details of any out of hours treatment to allow us to continue the support in practice hours.
